PGB 2nd Annual Air Potato Raid

The 2nd Annual Air Potato Raid will be held on January 22nd at Lower Wekiwa River Preserve State Park and Seminole County Environmental Studies Center. The air potato is a pesky vine that’s native to tropical Asia. Due to its ability to displace native species and disrupt natural processes such as fire and water flow, the air potato has been listed as one of Florida’s most invasive plant species since 1993. PGB Creates Trail at Blue Springs

Fifteen PGB volunteers descended upon Blue Springs State Park on Dec. 11, 2010 where they helped to create & clear a future multi use single track trail for hikers and bikers.
